It is on wheels so that I can roll it to where I want it for use or storage. The wheels then lock down so that it won't move while actually using it. It has a drawer for storage of paints and other supplies as well as the bottom shelf for more storage.
The only thing he has left to do is add "hooks" to the ends for holding the plantins while they are drying or for storage. We haven't found the hooks we want to use. He's thinking about making those as well.
